Yes i wasn't impressed of what u guys sent.. my right boot is messed up. Even the inside pad thingie was messed up and the stitch is clearly messed up.. i just don't have the time to send them back and have to wait a week or something

Needed to order work boots and the site wanted to charge me for delivering fee for an order of $208.00 even when their site clearly said any order that was $50 or more gets free delivery. When i did call to see why that was charging me, The person that I talked to didn't have an answer for me and told me someone had to call me back later.Most of the items i wanted they were out of the colors i liked or size. It was time consuming to order.

I really liked the speed of my order. I ordered on Friday and my order arrived on Monday. I like the feel of the lager boot so far. The ankle height is very supportive. I would suggest ordering 1/2 size down from your original size.

I returned boots that were too big.It's been a hassle.The first pair didn't have a prepaid shipping label so it cost me twice as much to return them.Then I was charged $8.95 anyway because I taped the box that was falling apart before I returned it.I was not informed why the charge was made.I called and was on hold for 20 minutes to get to a live person.They informed me of why I was charged the $8 fee.No help was offered, she only indicated that was there policy over and over again. Still not sure if the second returned pair will be charged additional fee or not.They are in the mail at this time. Hope this makes it to someone.Thanks for reading it.

I didn’t see many styles that were appealing. If you make more composite toe women’s shoes that looked like the steel toe or the men’s boots then I would be more likely to come back.

As a Safety Coordinator at a manufacturing plant, I know people won't use sites that aren't super simple. They also like that security of being able to use PayPal. I will definitely refer others to you.

Better than on Amazon where my sizes were not allowing me to select them. I only saw 7.5 and 8 and 9 and they were not allowing me to change them so I went directly to Safety Girl to place an order. I tried to put in my correct email address below three times and it won't accept it.
